We have been advised by Golf Australia of the following changes to the SA Government COVID rules as they impact our golf club (effective midnight the night of Tues 27th July 2021).
Golf Operations
- Social golf can resume being played in groups of four;
- At this time competitions may not be conducted; You are free to play social golf in place of competition golf at the times we would normally hold competitions.
Golf Australia understands the importance of club competition golf and that in practice there is minimal difference between social & competition golf. GA is making representation to the government on the matter and will advise us if they receive alternate advice to what was announced today.
Hospitality Operations
Food and beverage service can resume at the Club under the following conditions:
- All consumption must take place while seated;
- Capacities are limited to 1 person per 4 square metres.
Other Requirements
Masks must be worn in all indoor public settings, other than when eating or drinking.
