As most members would already be aware, we have now completed the build of our new pergola at the Swan Reach Golf Club. This asset will bring value to the club for many years to come as it significantly increases the space available to the club for various community based events. Investing in the infrastructure of the club like this is expensive, and it takes contributions in many areas to make it happen. The club would like to specifically thank the Mid Murray Council for its generous donation of $5,000 towards the construction costs as well as the many volunteers that helped Ryan with the construction, as well as the concrete pour. The volunteer workers allowed us to keep the total costs within the budget the club had available for this project.
