Further to the 2 updates yesterday, I am sure you are aware that the SA government has introduced level 5 restrictions from 6pm tonight. In summary, these include
- Stay at home requirement, except for the following:
- Essential work
- To obtain essential goods or services
- Essential Health Services including getting COVID-19 tested or vaccinated
- Care and compassion grounds
- Exercise with those in your household
- Closure of community activities
- Masks for public places
These things can change rapidly, so please do not rely on this information, but instead refer to the official government channels, including this page.

There has been no specific information made available to the club if “Exercise with those in your household” includes or does not include golf. The course should therefore be considered closed from 6pm tonight until further notice.
