Round 8 of Riverland Veterans Golf was played at Loxton Golf Club on Monday 9th September. 45 players enjoyed excellent conditions on a course presented in tip top state. Tomorrow, Sat 7th Sept 2024 is the club Foresomes championships.  Tee off time will be earlier than normal at 11:30am.  If you want to play, please make sure you are at the club house by 11 am to help those planning the event.  There will be a BBQ during game play and the monthly meal

The club championships were played last Saturday. Wayne Collins defeated Josh Hancock by 8 holes with 6 to go and hence Wayne is the 2024 club champion. Congratulations to Wayne and also to Josh for making the final. In the Stableford game on Saturday, Dave Reid won with 31 points.

This year we are organising an new event being the Waikerie Swan Reach Challenge.  We are still working through the final details but here is what we know. It will be played at Swan Reach on Sunday 15th Sept (not Waikerie as previously advised). The intention is for it to be a Match Play event,
